In Tunisia, Jacka holds 15% of the highly prospective Bargou Block in the gulf of Hammamet.  The oil and gas industry in Tunisia is well established with over 45 producing fields, in-country refineries and infrastructure / pipelines into the European markets.

The Joint Venture consists of Dragon Oil 55%, Cooper Energy 30% and Jacka. The JV are currently preparing to drill the Hammamet West-3 in Q1 2013 which will be the 3rd well into the Hammamet structure which is estimated to contain 2C contingent resources of between 111 and 213 million barrels. The block has plenty of upside potential with large prospects defined on 2D seismic in the South of the block.
